The battery case of this series is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic, which not only provides excellent physical protection. The firm connection between the battery cover and the case, along with the sealed design of the terminal area, further ensures the overall integrity and usage safety of the battery. During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials.This key design effectively maintains internal pressure balance, preventing excessive gas accumulation, thus achieving high-level fire and explosion prevention safety guarantees.
Inside the battery, both positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste-like coating. Combined with the Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, efficient recombination of internal oxygen and hydrogen is realized, significantly reducing water loss, making it a truly maintenance-free power solution that does not require water addition throughout its entire service life.
