BPS230-12, as a high-performance VRLA battery in the B.B. Battery BPS series, is a maintenance-free 12V integrated sealed lead-acid battery. This series of batteries has a wide capacity range from 5Ah to 230Ah, capable of meeting the power requirements of different scenarios. The battery case is made of sturdy and durable impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring the product's physical protection performance. The battery cover is tightly connected to the case, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage. The terminal design varies according to the specific model; BPS230-12 provides standard B9 type terminals with clear positioning, and also supports type I3 as an option, offering users flexible connection solutions.
In the production process, the battery cover is equipped with six liquid injection holes for precise electrolyte filling, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve. These valves are made of non-combustible materials and can safely release gas when internal pressure is abnormal, thereby greatly improving the battery's fire and explosion safety rating and providing a reliable guarantee for the user's environment. Inside the battery, both positive and negative plates are coated with specially formulated paste-like active materials.
