BPL95-12 is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery from the B.B. Battery BPL series, with maintenance-free features and no need for water replenishment during its service life. Its shell is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, and the battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, ensuring sealing in the terminal area. The battery cover is designed with six liquid injection holes, through which the electrolyte is filled during production, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only enables efficient gas recombination but also ensures high-level fire and explosion safety, effectively preventing free acid leakage.
Both positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving excellent performance and long service life. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life of BPL series batteries can reach 12 years, meeting Eurobat's long-life standards. It has an excellent low self-discharge rate, with monthly capacity loss below 3%, facilitating long-term storage. Installation offers great flexibility, allowing horizontal and vertical installation, but inversion is prohibited.
