The BPL210-12 model in the B.B. Battery VRLA battery series is a 12V integrated sealed lead-acid battery, designed to balance high performance and broad applicability. It is equipped with an opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case, ensuring excellent physical protection. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed, providing additional leakage protection, making it a truly free-acid, leak-proof battery. The terminal design varies by series and type, with the standard configuration being type B9.The six holes on the battery cover are used to fill the electrolyte during production, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. This design is not only equipped with an explosion-proof filter but also ensures high-level fire and explosion safety by installing a flame arrester, allowing users to use it with peace of mind in various environments.
In terms of internal structure, BPL210-12 adopts advanced absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, which makes the battery completely maintenance-free throughout its entire service life without the need for water replenishment.Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating, combined with the low self-discharge rate characteristic, ensuring the battery can maintain sufficient charge even after long-term storage. In terms of installation, this battery offers great flexibility and can be safely installed in horizontal and vertical positions, but it should be noted that inversion is prohibited.
Its core performance parameters are very outstanding: the nominal capacity reaches as high as 210 Ah at a 20-hour rate, 178.5 Ah at a 5-hour rate, and can provide a reliable power of 105 Ah at a 30-minute rate.
