B.B. Battery VRLA Battery BPL150-12 is a maintenance-free 12V integrated lead-acid battery with a nominal capacity of 150 Ah (20-hour rate). Its sturdy shell is made of impact-resistant opaque ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed, ensuring high overall reliability and durability. This design and sealing technology, combined with the absence of free acid, make it a leak-proof battery, providing additional safety protection for users.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with high-performance paste-like coatings, and absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted.This technology efficiently achieves gas recombination, effectively reducing water loss, and is the key to the battery's maintenance-free (no water addition required) and long service life. The six holes on the battery cover are used to fill the electrolyte during the production stage, and then relief valves and explosion-proof filters made of non-combustible materials are installed.
