BPL26-12 is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery from B.B. Battery's BPL series, serving various critical application scenarios with its reliability and long-life design. The series offers a wide range of capacities from 3.3Ah to 210Ah, meeting the power needs of different devices. BPL26-12's nominal capacity is 26Ah at the 20-hour rate, 22.1Ah at the 5-hour rate, and it can also provide 13Ah of power support at the 30-minute rate for high-power demands, making it especially suitable for emergency power systems requiring backup for 30 minutes or longer.
This battery uses a sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly bonded to the shell, ensuring structural integrity and durability.Its maintenance-free design means no water replenishment is needed throughout the entire service life, which greatly facilitates users. Meanwhile, the battery adopts non-free-acid technology and a sealed structure, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage and ensuring the safety of the equipment and the usage environment. The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling the electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. This design significantly enhances the product's safety against fire and explosion.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of BPL26-12 are coated with a special paste coating, and combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, which achieves efficient recombination of internal gases, thereby reducing water loss and maintaining stable battery performance. Its low self-discharge rate allows the battery to maintain its charge for a long time during storage, reducing maintenance frequency. The battery supports installation in both horizontal and vertical directions, providing flexibility for users to arrange layouts within space-constrained cabinets or equipment, but it should be noted that it is prohibited to use it upside down.
BPL26-12 weighs approximately 9.6 kg, compact in size with dimensions of 175mm (length), 166mm (width), and 125mm (height). It is equipped with B1-type terminals as standard, with terminal position 7. T2-type terminals are also available as an optional configuration, with terminal position 9, to meet different wiring requirements.
