The battery case is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection performance. The connection between the battery cover and the case is very secure, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage and external contamination. Depending on the model, the terminals are available in optional types such as T2 and T1 to meet different wiring requirements. During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-flammable materials is installed.This design not only ensures high-level fire and explosion safety during use but also reflects the product's extreme pursuit of safety.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of BPL7-12 both use an advanced paste coating process, which helps improve the battery's discharge performance and cycle life.
