The sturdy tubular positive plates of this series are die-cast with antimonial lead and lead dioxide, endowing it with excellent deep cycle capability.The negative plates adopt a flat-laid design, while the polyester separator provides excellent elasticity, strength, and durability. The micro-porous sleeve separator effectively prevents short circuits. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact-resistant materials, heat-resistant, and use a heat-sealing process, fundamentally eliminating the risk of electrolyte leakage.
In terms of structural details, its terminals, washers, and cover are specially designed for deviation-free integration, ensuring absolute reliability of electrolyte sealing.The top plug is equipped with a flip cover with electrolyte level markings, which allows sufficient escape of gas generated during charging and provides safe surge protection for the electrolyte during operation.
To enhance the convenience of use and maintenance, the battery can be optionally equipped with an advanced Aqua Level water replenishment system. This system allows centralized water replenishment for all batteries through an integrated central point, automatically ensuring the electrolyte is always at the optimal level and enabling easy measurement of the electrolyte's specific gravity.
