This series covers a capacity range of 55 to 155 Ah, serving various critical application scenarios with its reliability and adaptability. The battery case is made of sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring physical protection. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is effectively sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage. Terminal design varies by specific model, providing flexible connection options. During production, electrolyte is poured through six specific holes on the battery cover, and these filling ports are then equipped with pressure relief valves made of non-flammable materials.This design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety but also achieves maintenance-free characteristics, eliminating the need for water supplementation by users throughout the entire service life.
In terms of internal structure, both positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste-like material. Combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, it enables efficient gas recombination, firmly adsorbs the electrolyte, truly achieving no free acid, making it a reliable leak-proof battery.The extremely low internal resistance design endows the battery with excellent high-power performance, enabling it to provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode.
