MPL100-12 Handel is a 12V integrated valve-regulated lead-acid battery in the MPL series of B.B. Battery VRLA batteries. The series has a capacity range from 55 to 155 Ah, meeting different power requirements. The battery shell is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell. The terminal area is sealed to ensure safety and reliability. Terminal design varies by model; MPL100-12 Handel provides B3 standard terminals and optionally I2 terminals to meet different connection requirements.Its cover is designed with six liquid injection holes. During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through these holes, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. This design significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety level.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating. Combined with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, efficient gas recombination is achieved, making the battery truly maintenance-free, requiring no water supplementation throughout its entire service life, while eliminating the risk of free acid leakage.The extremely low internal resistance design endows the battery with excellent high-power output performance, making it particularly outstanding in short-time high-current discharge mode, thus making it an ideal choice for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, especially suitable for application scenarios with a backup time of less than 60 minutes.
