It exhibits high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, making it especially suitable as the core power unit for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, typically recommended for scenarios with backup time not exceeding 60 minutes.
The battery's design fully considers safety and adaptability. Its outer shell is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, and the battery cover is firmly connected to the shell with sealed terminal areas to ensure no free acid leakage.The battery supports horizontal and vertical installation, providing flexibility for equipment integration, but note that it is prohibited to use it upside down. Six liquid injection holes on the top are installed with pressure relief valves made of non-combustible materials after production. This design not only achieves maintenance-free operation without the need for regular water refilling but also significantly enhances the system's fire and explosion safety levels through the built-in flame arrester function.
In terms of internal structure, the MPL110-12 Standard uses positive and negative plates coated with a paste-like coating, combined with Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separator technology, which effectively promotes efficient internal gas recombination and reduces water loss.Extremely low internal resistance design further enhances its excellent high-power performance. The battery has a long service life under normal operating conditions, with an expected service life of up to 10 years according to the Eurobat standard.
