It features an impact-resistant ABS case, maintenance-free design, no free acid, and safe leakage prevention. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, ensuring a tight seal in the terminal area and effectively preventing leakage. The battery cover is designed with six holes for filling the electrolyte during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures the battery's safe operation under high load but also significantly enhances its fire and explosion protection rating, providing additional safety guarantees for users.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of MPL55-12 Handle are coated with specially formulated paste-like coatings. Combined with the Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) separator technology, efficient gas recombination is achieved, thus ensuring the battery's maintenance-free feature. Users do not need to periodically add water, nor do they need to worry about free acid leakage. Its extremely low internal resistance design endows the battery with ultra-high power performance, enabling it to provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode. It is very suitable as a core component of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), with a recommended backup time of within 60 minutes.In addition, the battery has an excellent low self-discharge rate, with monthly capacity loss less than 3%, and can still maintain a reliable power reserve after long-term storage.
