This battery uses an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic case, ensuring reliable physical protection. The battery cover is firmly integrated with the case, and the terminal area is sealed, providing excellent leak-proof performance. With no free acid inside, it is a truly maintenance-free and water-free reliable power source. The six filling holes on the battery cover are used to fill the electrolyte during production, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed. This design significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste - like coating. Combined with the Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separator technology, it achieves efficient gas recombination, effectively reducing water loss.
