EP7-12EP Series B.B. Battery VRLA Battery is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery. With excellent reliability and broad applicability, it has become an ideal power source in numerous fields. This battery adopts absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, ensuring the battery is completely maintenance-free throughout its entire service life, with no need for water replenishment by the user. Meanwhile, there is no free electrolyte inside the battery, and it is designed as a leak-proof structure, providing higher safety and installation flexibility. It can be installed horizontally and vertically (excluding inversion), adapting to various space constraints.
The battery shell is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent corrosion and accidental short circuits. During the production process, electrolyte is filled through six holes on the cover, followed by installing a special pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material. This design not only ensures the safe release of internal pressure but also significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety rating. Both positive and negative plates are coated with specially formulated paste-like active materials, and combined with an optimized grid design, they jointly endow the EP7-12 battery with excellent high-power output characteristics and a long cycle life.
In terms of technical parameters, the EP7-12 has a nominal voltage of 12 volts. Its capacity varies with different discharge rates, reflecting its ability to adapt to different load requirements. Under a 20-hour rate discharge condition, its nominal capacity is 7 Ah; at a 5-hour rate, it is 5.95 Ah; and under the high-load 30-minute rate, it still provides a reliable 3.5 Ah of power. The battery has a compact structure with dimensions of 151 mm (length) × 65 mm (width) × 93 mm (height, total height 98 mm) and weighs approximately 2.6 kg, making it easy to integrate into various devices. The standard terminal type is T2, located at the 5th position, and T1 terminals can also be selected as needed.
