Battery EP100-12EP Series VRLA Battery is a 12V integrated lead-acid rechargeable battery with nominal capacities ranging from 7 to 100 Ah, among which the EP100-12 model has a nominal capacity of up to 100 Ah (20-hour rate). The series adopts a low-maintenance design and is renowned for its excellent cycle life, capable of providing up to 2000 deep cycle capabilities under normal application conditions, ensuring a long-term reliable user experience.
The battery case is made of sturdy and durable impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is tightly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent leakage.Terminal design varies depending on the series and type. EP100-12 provides a standard B4 terminal type, located at position 18. The six filling holes on the battery cover are used for injecting electrolyte during the production stage, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed. This design not only ensures maintenance-free characteristics, eliminating the need to add water during use, but also achieves a free-acid-free state through efficient internal gas recombination and tight sealing, making it a leak-proof battery and significantly enhancing the safety of use and fire/explosion protection ratings.
