EP33-12 Handle Type is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery from B.B. Battery's EP series, with a nominal capacity of 33Ah. This battery adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology, enabling efficient gas recombination, ensuring maintenance-free operation during use, and users do not need to add water to the battery. Its design ensures no free electrolyte inside, effectively preventing the risk of leakage, allowing the battery to be safely applied in various environments. Except for being inverted, the battery supports horizontal and vertical installation, providing high flexibility for equipment integration.
The EP series batteries are renowned for their sturdy and durable structure.EP33-12's shell is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed, ensuring high reliability. The six holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during the production process. Subsequently, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed, which significantly enhances the product's fire and explosion safety level. The positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a specially formulated paste-like coating. Combined with its design optimized for high-load cyclic applications, the EP series boasts an excellent cycle life, reaching up to 2000 cycles under normal usage conditions, fully meeting the needs of frequent charge and discharge scenarios.
In terms of technical parameters, EP33-12 has a nominal capacity of 33 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 28.05 Ah at the 5-hour rate, and can provide 16.5 Ah at the 30-minute rate for high-rate discharge, demonstrating its ability to deliver high power output. The battery weighs approximately 11.5 kg, with dimensions of 210 mm (length) × 129 mm (width) × 168 mm (height), and an overall height of 179 mm. It is equipped with B7-type terminals, terminal position 8, and I2-type terminals are also available as optional to meet different wiring requirements.
