EP28-12 EP Series VRLA Battery from B.B. Battery is a 12V integrated sealed lead-acid battery, offering a wide range of capacities from 7 to 100 ampere-hours (Ah) to meet power requirements in different scenarios. This series of batteries adopts a low-maintenance design, renowned for its excellent cycle life and reliability, making it an ideal power solution for numerous high-load cyclic applications.
The battery case is made of sturdy, durable opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, effectively protecting the internal structure. The battery cover is tightly connected to the case, and the terminal area is specially sealed to ensure safety. Terminal designs vary depending on the series and model.The cover has six liquid injection holes, through which precise filling of the electrolyte is completed during production, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non - combustible materials. This design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety, but also achieves true maintenance - free operation, with users not needing to add electrolyte during its lifespan. The battery adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separator technology, enabling efficient gas recombination, with no free acid inside, completely preventing the risk of leakage. Therefore, it can be safely installed in various orientations such as horizontal or vertical (except inverted), providing great flexibility for equipment integration.
