HR9-6VRLA Battery is a high-performance 6V integrated sealed lead-acid battery in B.B. Battery HR Series, specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements for reliability and safety of modern backup power systems. This battery features a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell. The terminal area is specially sealed to ensure excellent leak-proof performance. Its unique terminal design, including standard T2 type, provides stable and reliable electrical connections. During production, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material.These valves not only effectively maintain internal pressure balance but also significantly enhance the battery's fire and explosion safety rating, allowing it to be safely used in various sensitive environments. In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the HR9-6 battery are both coated with high-performance paste-like active materials. Combined with advanced absorbed glass mat (AGM) separator technology, it achieves efficient recombination of internal oxygen and hydrogen, truly making it maintenance-free, with users not needing to add water throughout the entire service life. This design also makes it a leak-proof battery without free acid, which can be safely installed in horizontal or vertical positions (except inverted), providing great flexibility for equipment layout.The battery is optimized for high-rate discharge scenarios and can provide extremely high specific output power in short-time discharge modes. Its power density at the 15-minute discharge rate is about 30% higher than that of similar BP series batteries.
