This maintenance-free valve-regulated lead-acid battery features an impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with a sturdy and durable structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, ensuring complete sealing of the terminal area and effectively preventing electrolyte leakage. Its terminal design varies according to specific models, offering standard and optional types to meet different installation requirements.The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling the electrolyte during production, followed by installing a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This key design significantly improves the battery's fire and explosion safety level, ensuring safe release of internal pressure in abnormal situations.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the battery are both coated with a special paste-like coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, allowing the battery to be maintenance-free without water addition throughout its entire service life.
