This 12V maintenance-free battery is specially designed for high-rate discharge, providing excellent specific output power in short-time discharge mode, especially suitable for critical systems with backup time within 60 minutes. Its power density at a 15-minute discharge rate is 30% higher than that of the same brand's BP series, enabling it to quickly release abundant electrical energy in emergency situations. HR33-12 battery adopts a sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell, ensuring overall structural strength and durability.The terminal area is sealed, and the leak-proof design ensures no free acid, achieving true maintenance-free operation, so users don't need to worry about daily water addition. The six filling holes on the battery cover are used to fill the electrolyte during production, followed by installing a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This valve-controlled design not only effectively prevents electrolyte leakage but also significantly enhances the product's fire and explosion safety ratings, adding a layer of safety to the equipment's operating environment. In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating, and advanced Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology is adopted.This technology not only maintains efficient fixation of the electrolyte but also achieves a high recombination rate of internal oxygen, thereby effectively suppressing water loss and extending the battery's service life. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life of HR series batteries can reach 10 years, meeting Eurobat's standards for long-life batteries. Its 10-hour rated capacity is 31Ah, weighs approximately 10 kilograms (22.05 pounds), and has a compact size, facilitating installation and deployment in various spaces. Notably, HR33-12 supports multi-directional installation (except for inversion), either horizontally or vertically, providing great flexibility for users in cabinet or equipment layout.Regarding terminal configuration, it provides standard B1-type terminals (position 7), and optional T2 or I1-type terminals (position 9) can also be selected according to actual wiring requirements. The discharge power range of this battery is wide, ranging from 96W to 1800W per battery, with specific values depending on the discharge cut-off voltage (e.g., discharging for 15 minutes to 1.3V or 1.6V per cell) and capacity test standards (such as С2, С5, С10, etc.). This enables HR33-12 to easily meet the demands of applications with stringent power requirements.
