Zelus GBS Series GBS12/110B.B. Battery is a Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid (VRLA) battery with gel electrolyte technology. The core lies in mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a fixed gel-like electrolyte. This gel technology almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems of traditional flooded batteries, thus avoiding the resulting corrosion and endowing the battery with excellent performance. It has stronger resistance to extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations, ensuring stable operation in various harsh environments. Its valve-regulated system can safely release the internally generated gas.Compared with wet non-sealed batteries, the plates of GBS series batteries use calcium instead of antimony, which maintains the mechanical strength of the plates while significantly reducing gas evolution.
