Its core lies in mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a fixed, non-flowing gel electrolyte. This GEL technology fundamentally solves the common problems of electrolyte evaporation and leakage in traditional flooded batteries, effectively prevents the corrosion caused by these issues, and significantly enhances the battery's tolerance in extreme temperature, severe impact, and continuous vibration environments. The battery is equipped with a valve adjustment system that can safely vent internal gases when necessary.Its plate grid uses calcium instead of antimony, maintaining excellent mechanical strength while significantly reducing gassing tendency, making the battery more stable and reliable. This battery, with a nominal voltage of 12V and a nominal capacity of 85Ah (5-hour rate), provides users with long-lasting and stable power support. Its design life is over 12 years, and under deep cycle applications, it can provide up to 2500 charge-discharge cycles, which meets the standard definition of long-life batteries by Eurobat, ensuring a long-term return on investment.
