GBC12/180B.B. Battery, as a representative product of the Zelus GBC series, is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery using gel electrolyte technology. The core lies in mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a gel-like and immobile electrolyte. This advanced gel technology almost completely eliminates the common electrolyte evaporation and overflow problems of traditional flooded batteries, thus effectively avoiding the corrosion caused by these issues and endowing the battery with more excellent performance. It not only has stronger tolerance to extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations, but also safely discharges the internal gas through the valve adjustment system.In terms of structure, it uses calcium to replace antimony in the lead plates, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties, significantly reducing the tendency to generate gas.
This battery provides stable power with an overall voltage of 12V and a nominal capacity of 180Ah (based on a 5-hour rate).
