The GB12/30B.B. battery is a high-performance product in the Zelus GB Gel Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid (VRLA) battery series. This series of batteries adopts innovative gel electrolyte technology, mixing sulfuric acid with silica powder to form a gel-like and fixed substance. This unique structure almost completely eliminates the common problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow, and subsequent corrosion in traditional flooded lead-acid batteries, while endowing the battery with stronger environmental adaptability, enabling it to resist extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations excellently. Its valve regulation system can safely discharge the gas generated inside, ensuring safe use.In terms of structure, the battery grid uses calcium instead of antimony, while retaining excellent mechanical properties, significantly reducing the gas evolution rate, making the battery more stable and durable. As a deep-cycle lead-acid battery, GB12/30 is designed to provide maximum capacity and excellent discharge cycle performance. It has a nominal voltage of 12 volts, with a nominal capacity of 30 ampere-hours (Ah) at the 20-hour rate and 28.5 ampere-hours (Ah) at the 10-hour rate. The battery is compactly designed with dimensions: length 195 mm (7.68 inches), width 129 mm (5.08 inches), height 168.7 mm (6.64 inches), total height 178.6 mm (7.03 inches), and weight approximately 11.3 kg (24.9 pounds), making it easy to integrate into various devices. It is equipped with standard B7 terminals and optionally I2 terminals, offering flexible installation and supporting both horizontal and vertical mounting positions, which greatly meets the needs of different spatial layouts. In terms of performance, the GB series batteries are renowned for their enhanced durability and strong heavy-duty deep cycle capability.
