**VRLA-AGM Batteries**
VRLA battery technology embodies the design philosophy of low-maintenance, sealed lead-acid batteries. Through internal structural design, VRLA batteries do not require regular water replenishment. The core technology is oxygen recombination, where oxygen generated at the positive plate during charging travels through the AGM separator to the negative plate, reacting with the sponge lead to form lead oxide, thereby preventing water loss and achieving maintenance-free operation.
To meet diverse customer needs, Mei Mei Battery has designed and developed various VRLA-AGM battery series, including BP, HR, EP, EB, EVP, MPL, FTB, MSB, BPL, MSU, BPX, SH, SHR, and BC. * The BP series, the first member of our AGM family, is designed for general purposes and has been successfully applied in various scenarios.
* The EP, EB, and EVP series were developed to meet the rapid growth of the electric bicycle/motorcycle market. They offer excellent cycle life and are primarily used in wheelchairs, power tools, and golf carts.
* The HR and SHR series were developed to meet the high-rate and super high-rate discharge requirements of the UPS market, showcasing our technical prowess while offering high cost-effectiveness.
* The BPL and MPL series excel in float service performance at room temperature (25°C), offering a significantly longer float service life. They are suitable for applications in telecommunications, marine, and solar energy that demand long service life.

**Zelus Series Gel Batteries**
Gel batteries represent another advanced VRLA technology. Our Zelus series utilizes a gelled electrolyte made from sulfuric acid and silica through a specific process, resulting in a non-fluid gel. Compared to traditional flooded batteries, gel batteries effectively solve issues like electrolyte evaporation and leakage (which can cause corrosion). Furthermore, they can operate reliably under extreme temperatures, vibration, and shock. Pressure regulation is achieved through valve operation. The grid composition uses calcium instead of antimony, ensuring mechanical strength while reducing gas generation during use.
Key components of our gel batteries include a robust mechanical structure for high energy density, a separator with high-temperature stability and mechanical strength, uniformly distributed gelled electrolyte that requires no topping-up, and high-quality valves that significantly reduce the gas emission rate.

Features include a positive spine cast from Pb-Sb alloy for excellent deep-cycle capability, microporous polyester fiber sleeves to prevent short circuits, impact-resistant containers and covers sealed together to prevent leakage, specially designed terminals and seals, rotary filler caps with electrolyte level indicators, optional automatic watering systems for optimal electrolyte levels, and electrolyte circulation systems to prevent stratification and optimize charging.
The BPzS & BPzB series batteries are considered premium energy storage solutions for material handling equipment, road vehicles, tractors, and other electric vehicles with high energy/deep cycle requirements. Advantages include more runtime, optimized design to reduce alloy corrosion and extend life, increased energy density, ISO9001 certification, and compliance with IEC 60254.

**Limited Warranty**
Mei Mei Battery warrants that all BB series batteries will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing, at our option, any defective battery. Specific warranty conditions apply, including capacity retention thresholds, adjustments for operating temperature, proper use per instructions, and exclusions for damage due to misuse, improper charging/installation, or external factors. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties.
