HRL5.5-12 is a reliable and efficient 12V integrated valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery in the HRL series, whose design balances durability and high performance. This battery uses an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic shell, with the battery cover firmly connected to the shell to ensure reliable sealing of the terminal area. Its top terminal design facilitates installation and connection. The six holes on the battery cover are channels for filling electrolyte during production. After completion, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed, which significantly enhances the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings, ensuring the safety of the usage environment.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a special paste-like coating, and an advanced absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted, achieving efficient gas recombination, making the battery meet the maintenance-free standard, with no need for water addition by the user and no risk of free acid leakage. This structure, specially designed for high-rate discharge, makes its power density 30% higher than similar BP series under 5 to 15 minute discharge rates, and can provide excellent specific output power in short-distance discharge mode.
