BP90-12BP series VRLA battery provides a reliable and long-lasting power solution for critical applications. The series is produced in integrated 4V, 6V, or 12V form, covering a wide capacity range from 1.0Ah to 230Ah, which can meet the needs of different loads and backup times. For example, the nominal capacity of the BP90-12 model at a 20-hour rate is 90Ah.
The battery shell is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring good physical protection. The battery cover is firmly combined with the shell and sealed in the terminal area, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage, achieving a truly maintenance-free and free of free acid design.Its terminal design is flexible. The BP90-12 is standardly equipped with type B3 terminals at position 15, and I2-type terminals can also be optionally selected as needed. For easy installation, the battery is specially designed with a carrying handle and allows flexible installation in horizontal and vertical directions (except inverted), providing great convenience for cabinet layout.
In terms of internal structure and safety, both positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste-like coating, combined with advanced absorbent glass mat technology, achieving efficient gas recombination and reducing water loss. The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling the electrolyte during production, and then a special pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed.These valves ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety and are built-in safety fire prevention devices. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life of BP series batteries can reach 8 to 10 years, meeting Eurobat standards for long-life batteries.
In terms of performance parameters, the BP90-12 battery exhibits stable output characteristics, with a 10-hour rate capacity of 85.5 Ah and a 5-hour rate capacity of 76.5 Ah.
