BP180-6BP series VRLA batteries provide stable and reliable backup power solutions. This battery adopts an integral design, with voltage ranging from 4V, 6V to 12V, and a wide range of capacities from 1.0 Ah to 230 Ah, meeting power requirements in various scenarios. The outer shell is made of sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic; the battery cover is firmly attached to the shell, and the terminal area is effectively sealed, ensuring overall structural integrity. Terminal designs vary according to specific series and models, offering flexible connection options.Six filling holes are provided on the battery cover for electrolyte filling during production. The subsequently installed pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, significantly improving the battery's fire and explosion safety ratings.
In terms of internal structure, both positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste-like coating. Combined with advanced valve-regulated sealing technology, it achieves maintenance-free characteristics, so users are not required to add electrolyte. It also ensures leak-proof performance, with no risk of free electrolyte spillage. The battery has an extremely low self-discharge rate, less than 3% per month, and remains fully charged even after long-term storage.Installation is flexible, supporting both vertical and horizontal installation orientations, which provides convenience for equipment layout. Each battery section is also integrated with a flame suppressor to further enhance usage safety. The shell is designed with a handle for easy handling, simplifying the installation process.
