BP8-12 is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery from B.B. Battery's BP series, with a nominal voltage of 12V and nominal capacity of 8Ah (20-hour rate). This series of batteries offers a wide range of capacities from 1.0Ah to 230Ah, providing flexible power solutions for different application scenarios. This battery uses an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic case, with a sturdy and durable structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, ensuring reliable sealing of the terminal area. Its terminals are designed as standard T2 type, located at position 5, and T1 terminals can also be selected as needed, providing installation convenience for users.
During the production process, the electrolyte is injected through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material. This key design not only effectively prevents electrolyte leakage, achieving true maintenance-free (no need to add electrolyte) and leak-proof (no free electrolyte) characteristics, but also ensures high-level fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process, ensuring stable battery performance.BP8-12 supports both vertical and horizontal installation methods, adapting to various complex equipment layout spaces.
