The battery casing is meticulously manufactured from sturdy, durable, opaque, and impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is tightly integrated with the casing and reliably sealed at the terminal area, ensuring the stability and safety of the overall structure. The terminal design varies by specific series and model, providing flexible options.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of the pressure relief valve.These pressure relief valves, made of non-flammable materials, are key safety components that effectively release internal pressure, thus providing a high level of fire and explosion protection to ensure safe use. Inside the battery, both positive and negative plates are coated with high-performance pasty active materials, which form the basis for its stable electrochemical performance.
