Its sturdy case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring the battery's durability in complex environments. The battery cover is tightly connected to the case and sealed in the terminal area, effectively preventing electrolyte leakage. Terminal designs vary according to specific series and types, providing flexibility.During the production process, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material. This key design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety but also achieves the maintenance-free feature of the battery, where users do not need to replenish electrolyte, and there is no free electrolyte present, ensuring true leak-proof performance.
