This maintenance - free battery uses an impact - resistant ABS plastic case, with the battery cover firmly connected to the case, ensuring structural strength and durability. The terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, achieving a leak - proof design without free acid. During production, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non - combustible materials is installed. This design not only ensures the safe release of internal battery pressure but also provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates of BC35-12 Standard are coated with a special paste-like coating and adopt Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology.
