BC35-12H BC Series B.B. Battery VRLA Battery is a reliable 12V maintenance-free valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery with a nominal capacity of 35Ah (20-hour rate). This battery adopts a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case, with the battery cover firmly connected to the case to ensure structural stability. The terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent leakage, providing a high level of safety. The terminal design varies according to the series and type; the standard configuration is the B7 terminal, and the I2 terminal is also available as an optional configuration to meet different installation and connection requirements.During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures pressure balance inside the battery but also provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection, making it an ideal choice for environments with stringent safety requirements. Both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with high-performance paste-like coatings, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, achieving an efficient gas recombination process, thus truly being maintenance-free, and users do not need to add water to the battery.
